Aikido
Webflow Development

Aikido’s website was too technical and hard to follow. Important features like AutoFix and real-time tracking were hidden in complicated terms. The design didn’t highlight trust signals like SOC2 compliance or clear data policies. Developers were also dropping off during sign-up because it required too many sign-up option. On mobile, some interactive parts didn’t work well. Plus, the site was slow due to heavy animations and large files.
The main goals were to increase developer sign-ups by 30%, make security features easier to understand, build trust with visitors, and speed up the site to load in under 2 seconds.
I redesigned the site in Webflow to make it clearer and faster. I created easy-to-read feature sections with “Learn More” toggles to explain complex terms. I replaced static images with lightweight animations that visually showed how Aikido works. I also added a real-time counter for vulnerabilities found.
To build trust, I included a visible ribbon showing security badges and added client testimonials using Webflow CMS. I also created an FAQ section to answer common questions, like whether Aikido stores user code.
For sign-up, I simplified the process into two quick steps and added helpful tooltips. On the tech side, I used SVGs instead of heavy images and set up lazy loading for large features. I also built a reusable Webflow component library to keep things consistent across the site.
After the redesign, developer sign-ups increased by 35%, and the site load time dropped from 4.5 seconds to just 1.8 seconds. The site was even featured in newsletters for its clean, developer-friendly design.
Sufyan took our complex product and made it simple to understand, without losing the technical depth. Developer sign-ups jumped, the site got way faster, and it finally feels like something we’re proud to share. Super smooth process all around.
