PRoblem

The client’s original website was filled with dense fintech jargon and buried content that made it hard for users to understand their offerings. Key technical documents were hidden in PDFs, navigation was confusing, and there was no clear trust-building content. On top of that, heavy animations and broken responsive layouts led to poor performance and user experience, especially on key tools like financial calculators.

GOALs

The goal was to build a fast, conversion-focused Webflow site that clearly communicates to their audiences, earns trust through strategic content placement, and can scale easily with the product's growth, all while maintaining a sub-3 second load time globally.

Solution

I led a content-first redesign, building a top-tier navigation system and transforming technical specs into easy-to-scan interactive cards. I implemented trust elements like client logos, compliance badges, and an API demo playground. To boost performance, I swapped heavy assets for lightweight Lottie animations, enabled conditional loading for tools, and optimized every visual for responsive behavior.

I also created a scalable design system using 15+ reusable components, and multi-language templates.

The redesigned site led to a 23% increase in demo requests, with load times dropping from 4.8s to just 2.1 seconds. The client now manages over 15 pages in-house using Webflow CMS, and the platform has become a key tool for both marketing and education.
